At the Train Station

The station in Norfolk is packed! This is very good news for our new little station.

About This Blog

My son is a member of 2013 The Cadets, the oldest continuously operating drum and bugle corps in the world. The corps will travel over 14,000 miles this summer entertaining hundreds of thousands of fans throughout the nation.

The corps maintains a tractor-trailer that has been converted into a fully equipped commercial kitchen. With it, volunteers feed the members, staff and themselves 4 times a day.

I plan to use this blog to record my experiences, thoughts and happenings during my small part of the winter camps and possibly part of the tour this Summer, enjoy!
